Job Description:

Wahid Medical PLLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical and Health Services Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice under the supervision of the managing doctor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delegating tasks, supervising staff, maintaining medical records, managing schedules, ordering supplies, and facilitating communication with patients, employees, doctors, medical billers, and insurance companies. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing a business plan to expand our facilities to new areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delegate responsibilities and supervise medical assistants, receptionists, and administrative assistants.
• Maintain and manage medical records and staff schedules.
• Order and manage medical and office supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, employees, doctors, medical billers, and insurance companies.
• Develop a business plan to open new facilities in new areas.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Medical Sciences (foreign education accepted).

Experience: Minimum of 36 months of experience as a Medical/Health Services Manager or Medical Doctor in a hospital, clinic, or medical office (foreign experience accepted).

Language Skills: Must be fluent in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
